TMB Asset Management Co.,Ltd. (TMBAM) was established on 16 October 1996 by a consortium of shareholders led by TMB Bank with an objective of providing quality financial investment products to the public. The firm builds on the principles of innovation, transparency, and independence.

On 24 April 2002, the company’s Thai name was altered to reflect the company’s enlarged scope of business beyond mutual funds.
