Basic Tips on using FundLink Online
- Do not reveal your password to others
- Avoid sharing the same password for FundLink Online with other Internet accounts. It is advisable to segregate medium security activities such as free e-mail from passwords for high security activities such as accessing financial services accounts.
- Avoid enabling features to remember your password, such as features provided by web browsers such as Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari. Doing so makes it easier for others to gain access your account.
- Change your password on a regular basis
- Make it a habit to logoff whenever you have finished your session
- Use a reputable anti-virus and personal firewall that is kept up-to-date.
- Avoid using shared computers such as those available for public use or vulnerable equipment such as PCs at internet cafes.
- If you do need to work on shared equipment, ensure it has sufficient security and always remember to logoff when done.
- Check your account balances and transaction history on a regular basis to detect irregularities, if any.
- Contact TMBAM whenever there are changes to your basic personal information such as address, e-mail address, etc.
- Inform TMBAM immediately if you notice irregularities with your account.
- Follow additional precautions suggested on the TMBAM website.
- TMBAM does not have a policy to make requests regarding unitholder's personal information through e-mails or the website. If you have been contacted through these means, do not respond. Never furnish your personal information to anyone via e-mail or on any website.
