FundLink Online is an internet-based service from TMBAM that allows unitholders to buy, sell, or switch unit trusts or obtain balance and portfolio detail inquiries electronically, including pending orders. The service is convenient, swift and secure, using encryption technology that meets international standards. Users can be confident that online transactions between their computers and TMBAM are secure and protected against theft on the internet. Additional protection include login procedures and changing of passwords to strengthen the security of transactions made through FundLink Online.
Application for the service
- A unitholder wishing to apply for the service should contact our selling agents or TMBAM. Fill out the Internet Application Form, complete with your signature which would be verified against original specimen such as the signature on TMBAM passbooks.
- The unitholder will subsequently receive written notification of their username and passwords by registered postal mail.
- As additional security precaution, the unitholder will be asked to set a new password the first time he/she uses the service.
Features of the FundLink Online service
- Ability to place an order to buy, sell, or switch unit trusts just like visiting a bank branch or selling agent in person. Assistance is provided every step of the way and service is available 24 hours a day.

- Review the breakdown of your investments among the various TMBAM funds in the My Account section, under Asset Allocation.
- Configure your own regular investment plan, whether you wish to buy, sell, or switch units. You can also choose whether youd like to do this daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or even annually. Access the My Account section and go to My Investment Plan.
- The FundLink Online service is available with no additional fees, courtesy of TMBAM for the convenience of our unitholders.
