For loss or theft of TMBAM card, please present a police filing of the lost document to TMB Asset Management, any branch of TMB Bank, or the selling agent where account was opened, for further processing.
Transacting of unit trusts via telephone is limited to no more than 10,000,000 million Baht (ten million Baht only) per transaction; no limit is imposed on number of transactions per day.
If the investor makes a redemption instruction that specifies a monetary value or number of units that exceeds the value or number of units held outstanding in the account, the management company will regard the instruction as equivalent to an instruction to redeem the entire number of units remaining in the fund.
